How much does the debt recovery cost?

We treat each debt as a unique case but the cost of recovery varies depending on the size of the debt and the geographical location. Each case will incur a set up fee, and a travel cost along with an agreed commission, payable once the debt is successfully recovered.
 
Do you offer a “No Win No Fee” Service?
Although we do not offer this type of service, all subscribers to the our services benefit from a FREE RECOVERY SERVICE on all appointed customers, providing the process has been followed correctly.
 
What information do you require?
The more information you provide, the more efficient the debt recovery process becomes. Fundamentally basic information such as the amount owed, the age of the debt, debtors details, invoices, terms, contracts and subsequent communications all assist us to assess the recoverability in the first instance. Furthermore additional information, no matter how seemingly insignificant, is always helpful.
 
What happens to the information we provide?

Any information’s provided by you or about you are strictly confidential, stored securely and will not be divulged to any other party without your consent. We comply with all the relevant protocols and requirements of the Data Protection Act.

 

How do we receive payment?
We ask that all debtors settle the accounts directly with you. Although we have client account facilities we prefer that all monies are paid directly to you to ensure transparency at every level.
 
What if legal action is required?
Where legal action is needed, we gives our clients seamless access to independent, specialist solicitors. Although optional, weprovides a full range of litigation services, designed to be no-nonsense, efficient and competitively priced.
 
I’m worried that a debtor may approach me during the recovery process?
Once we are acting on your behalf we instruct the debtor concerned that all correspondence is to be directed to us and no contact is to be made with you or your company. You will be provided with a contact telephone number for use outside office hours in the event of you requiring any assistance or advice.
